Spiced Lentils & Broccolini with Lemon

Ingredients:

1 bunch Broccolini (trimmed)

1/2 Lemon (sliced thin)

1 tbsp Avocado Oil

1/2 tsp Sea Salt (divided)

3 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Garlic (clove, thinly sliced)

3/4 tsp Coriander

3/4 tsp Fennel Seed (ground)

1 cup Green Lentils (cooked, drained and rinsed)

1/4 cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
