Creamy-Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 cups of Broccoli (chopped into florets)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onions (finely sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 serving Avocado (add 1/4 per each serving for additional healthy fats)
  • 2 cups Cups Cooked Quinoa (Prepare as bag/box states for)
