In contrast, female bodies follow a roughly 26–32 day cycle (depending on the woman), with shifting levels of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and luteinizing hormone throughout the month. These fluctuations deeply impact our energy, creativity, focus, mood, and capacity.

We’ve been taught to perform like men in systems built for men’s biology—while our own hormonal blueprint is cyclical, intuitive, and ever-changing.
