Self concept is the image that you have of yourself. How do you perceive yourself? What do you believe about yourself? How do you mentally view yourself as a person? These questions are the foundation of your self concept.
Think about it…so many of you approach health and our physical bodies with demands, ultimatums, and negativity. It’s a chore to start that exercise program, a punishment to implement those new nutrition guidelines into your diet, a waste to take an hour or two out of your day for self-care.
