PUMPKIN EVERYTHING... Chia Seed Pudding⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Now that my Epic Gut Cleanse program is over, I ready to have PUMPKIN everything.. This week I am ramping up with this Gut Friendly recipe..⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
INGREDIENTS: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 Tsp Pureed Pumpkin Pumpkin Pie Spice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Tbsps Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (divided)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
DIRECTIONS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds with the almond milk, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk well, making sure all the seeds are incorporated. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or overnight to thicken.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2.Top the chia pudding with the coconut yogurt and enjoy!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

TRUTH BOMB: I had no idea what nurturing, kindness and love look liked let alone felt like! My nervous system was hardwired for Chaos and Discord. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My adolescent years were surround with 2 drug addicts as parents, emotionally unstable and verbally abusive. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This all created a SHIT storm of ANXIETY, FEAR AND DOWN RIGHT SELF-ABUSE for years until I took RADICAL action to unlearn it all and LITERALLY re-wire my nervous system to start to teach it what CALM, PEACEFUL, LOVING AND KIND actually felt like. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Now I would be lying if I said it was easy... It wasn't.. It was work.. But the ONE thing that makes us ALL the same, we have a CHOICE--- If you CHOOSE your worth the investment, time and energy to doing the inner work--- BAM life becomes MAGICAL.. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
