Cashew Yogurt with Ground Flaxseed & Figs

Ingredients

  • 1 Container Dairy Free Cashewgurt Plan Unsweetend Yogurt
  • 1 Tblsp Ground Flaxseed ( you can swap with any fats)
  • 3 Figs (sliced)

  • Prevent Constipation (helps you poop!)
  • One of the most fiber dence rich foods, therefore helps lower cholesterol
  • Rich in potassium, regulates sugar absorption in diabetes
  • They help correct sexual dysfunction
