1/4 cup Red Onion (sliced)
1/3 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the remaining ingredients on a serving platter. Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy!
