Greek Salmon Salad

10 ingredients | 10 minutes | 2 servings

Ingredients:

2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Lemon (juiced)
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
10 ozs Canned Wild Salmon (drained)
1/2 head Green Lettuce (separated into leaves and washed)
1 Tomato (medium, chopped)
1 Cucumber (small, thinly sliced)
1 Avocado (small, sliced)
1/4 cup Red Onion (sliced)
1/3 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Arrange the remaining ingredients on a serving platter. Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy!
