I took time over the holiday season to go inward and manifest how 2024 will unfold not only for me and my wellbeing but also how I can better serve you. Much more (and exciting!) things to come, but for now, I knew that I wanted to up-level the value that you were getting from my monthly recipe books.
I have re-named this message, “Recipes & Reflections,” as it now encompasses not only the recipe book you have come to love and enjoy each month, but also a free meditationfor you to enjoy as well as 3 journal prompts for you to reflect on today and throughout the month.
I truly hope these added, reflective exercises mixed with nutritional, soul-fulfilling recipes will help launch your month (and year!) with gratitude, empowerment, and joy!

Vision Making Meditation
January’s meditation encourages you to visualize and express your desires by fostering creativity and belief. You’ll release your desires to the universe, align your energy with positive feelings, and co-create with the universe to manifest your desires.
Trust that this process communicates your readiness to receive from the universe.
January Journal Prompts
Take 15 minutes in your morning to reflect and set intentions by writing down your thoughtful answers to these 3 questions:
- Regarding physical health, what health, wellness and fitness practices were most beneficial or enjoyable for you in 2023 that you want to continue?
- What are your personal goals or intentions for 2024?
- What are 4 ways you will push yourself out of your comfort zone this year?
I would love to know what you think of the new Recipes & Reflections email! Leave me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org with your thoughts as well as if you have any questions about how I can better serve you in 2024!
